What does the word Gassho actually mean?

Gassho means “the two hands coming together.” It is a position formed by placing the palms of your hands together in the “prayer” pose. You’ve probably seen someone strike this pose countless times and even done it yourself, without even knowing it. In this online workshop, the students will learn how to practice Gassho by placing their hands together in a prayer position (hands together in an upright position) with specific focus and attention on gathering vital energy through the hands into your heart center. In addition, each student will learn additional energetic healing techniques to help support their daily meditation practice.
